By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the FuiSQL VS Code extension or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
FuiSQL ("we", "us", or "our") provides a Visual Studio Code extension that enables users to query Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) data directly from their IDE. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Upon successful payment (or activation of a free trial), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FuiSQL extension on a single machine for the duration of your subscription plan.

FuiSQL is available under the following subscription plans:
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
Subscription plans are not auto-renewed unless explicitly stated at checkout. You will receive a license key by email that is valid for the purchased duration.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active license keys that have already been issued.
Trial license keys are issued automatically and are subject to the same machine-binding rules as paid licenses. We reserve the right to revoke trial keys that are found to be abused (e.g., multiple trials claimed using different email addresses on the same machine).
We want you to be satisfied with FuiSQL. If the extension does not work as described on our website, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or issue a refund.
Refunds may be declined in the following circumstances:
All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Each license key is cryptographically signed and bound to the machine ID of the device on which it is activated. Attempting to use the same key on a different machine will result in validation failure.
If you replace your machine (e.g., due to hardware failure or a new computer), please contact us at [email protected] to have your key re-issued for the new machine. We allow one re-issue per license key per 12-month period.
License keys are delivered by email. We are not responsible for keys lost due to incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate revocation of your license without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
The FuiSQL extension, including all code, design, branding, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of FuiSQL and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
"FuiSQL" and associated logos are trademarks of FuiSQL. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your only right is the limited license described in Section 3.
When you purchase or activate a license, we collect and store:
We do not collect, transmit, or store any Oracle Cloud ERP credentials, query contents, or business data. All queries run locally within VS Code on your machine.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to process your payment (Lemon Squeezy) or deliver email (Resend).
You may request deletion of your account data by emailing [email protected]. Deletion of your data will revoke any active license keys associated with your account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuiSQL and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
We may suspend or revoke your license at any time, with or without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination:
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by simply ceasing to use the extension. No cancellation action is required as subscriptions are not auto-renewed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers by email.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
